30-day "no-questions" guarantee
If you wish to return your goods within 30 days of purchase simply contact us to be issued with a returns number. All items returned under this agreement must be in suitable condition for resale and unused. We also recommend obtaining proof of posting and recorded delivery services for orders over £50. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Goods sent in error & damaged goods
Should goods be sent to you in error please return them to us and we will issue a full refund and reimburse the cost of postage: second class postage for items up to £50 (for your protection we recommend obtaining proof of posting), and recorded delivery for items above £50. If you have received damaged goods then please let us know so we can arrange for replacement or refund.
Cancellations: seven-day cooling off period
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase - if however you wish to return them then by law you are entitled to return the goods to us for a full refund up to seven days after the day of receipt. Please note that in this instance we will not be able to reimburse the cost of return postage. Items must also be returned in a resaleable condition for a refund to be made. Please also note that special order items that are manufactured to order are not covered by this agreement. Delivery
All items on our website are held in stock and we aim to despatch all items by Royal Mail within 48 hours of receiving the order, however please allow up to 14 days for delivery to UK addresses. Our overseas customers should contact us for delivery-time information specific to their country.
